  • Our address is 21 Fairhaven Road, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1NN.

  • Our apartments are located around a 15 minute walk/5 minute drive from St Annes on the Sea train station. Other nearby train stations include Ansdell & Fairhaven and Squires Gate. Preston train station is 30 minutes away by car.

    St Annes Square is a 10 minute walk/3 minute drive. From here, you can get the bus to Blackpool, Bispham, and Preston.

    Starr Gate tram station is a 10 minute drive. From here, you can get the tram along to promenade to Blackpool and Fleetwood.

  • St Annes Square is a 10 minute walk/3 minute drive. Here, there are lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops.

    Ansdell, which is a 35 minute walk/5 minute drive, has restaurants, a coffee shop, and some small independent shops.

    Lytham, which is an hour walk/10 minute drive, has lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops.

  • We operate a self check-in policy, so you are free to check-in anytime after 3pm. You will receive your key safe code two days prior to your arrival.

  • There are no restrictions for day of check-in/out.

    Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is from 10am. Early check-in and late check-out can be pre-arranged. Please get in touch with our team if you would like to discuss this.

  • You will receive your arrival instructions via email two days prior to your arrival. These instructions will contain all the important information you need to check-in, including your key safe code.

  • There is free parking at the property. There is no need to pre-book this. There is also ample street parking outside the property if required.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at Fairhaven Road Serviced Apartments.

  • There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The password can be found on your arrival instructions email, as well as in the guest guidance folder found within each flat.

  • All apartments have flat-screen Smart TVs with Freeview channels and streaming services incluidng Netflix.

  • We provide hand soap and body wash.

  • Yes - all towels and linen are included within the cost of the apartment.

  • Yes - all stays over a week long are offered a complimentary mid-stay/weekly clean. This includes a general clean and tidy and a change of linens/towels. We’ll get in touch once you arrive to arrange this for a time that suits you.

  • There is a launderette around the corner (2 minute walk). Unfortunately, the apartments do not have washing/drying facilities.
